"I am focused on common sense approaches to all types of problems which not only resolve the conflict, but such approaches must do so in a cost effective manner. If dispute resolution costs more than the problem, we don't understand the most important issue, the well-being of the client."

No case is too big or small. Dan recently settled a whistleblower lawsuit for $18,500,000 and a small claim for $7,500 in a hard fought construction dispute where we refused to give in at all. He was able to provide the service and recover his attorneys' fees in both cases. He has also defended claims in excess of $10,000,000 to trial in both the commercial and construction litigation context.

Dan also now works with whistleblower lawyers. See

Dan is also a member of the King County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service. See
